DOGTOWN REQUIRES A TEMPERAMENT EVALUATION FOR ALL DOGS ENTERING OUR FACILITY. EVALUATION FEE MUST BE PAID AT DROP-OFF.
REQUIREMENTS AND INITIAL TIPS/DISCLOSURES
- Pets must be at least 12 weeks to begin daycare.
- All dogs over 6 months old must be spayed or neutered.
- Pets must have been given all required vaccines and boosters by a veterinarian (store bought vaccines are NOT accepted)

Vaccines + associated boosters required include: Bordetella,
Distemper/Parvo, Rabies, and the Canine Flu Vaccines. Vaccines can help
prevent illness but are not always effective. Pets may still get sick. See Cat Town for cat pricing and vaccine requirements and information.
- Let us know about any behavioral problems your dog has at sign-up
- Dogs who develop problems may be refused services at any time per the discretion of our staff
- Former fighting dogs or dogs with signs of fighting in their past will not be admitted, even if rehabbed
- Watch your dog closely after using daycare, espcially if daycare is new for your dog. Every dog reacts differently.
- Treat your dog normally. We recommend you encourage your dog at drop off and stay calm at pick up.
- Take your dog to the vet if you have illness concerns and let us know if you have concerns or questions. Many dogs take time to adjust to daycare.
- We recommend new dogs who have never attended daycare visit us several times prior to any long boarding stay.
- Dogs passing through town will not be admitted. If you are new to town, please quarentine your dog for at least 10 days prior to bringing him/her to daycare.
- Waive liability at sign up. Read everything! Dogtown is very open, honest and realistic about the volume of dogs and the dangers having them together poses. Please make sure you are educated and prepared to undertake the risks associated with doggie daycare.

Benefits of Memberships
- Low price on daycare
- 10% off all additional services and products (i.e. boarding, grooming, additional daycare, retail etc.) if you have been a member for at least 30 days!
- You’re forever locked in at your low price (so long as you do not pause or cancel). So even when prices go up at Dogtown, your price remains the same as when you signed up!
- You will not be turned away if we are in danger of getting full!
- Convenient weekly or monthly payments. You will be billed by a manager to your card on file for any additional services incurred with your membership discount!
- Gain vital consistency for your dog and give him/her a fun place to go while you work!
- Weekly daycare membership days that are unused roll over one next week and then expire. Monthly membership days will roll over one additional week and then expire as well. Don’t worry, the system automatically uses your oldest days first.
- All daycare memberships are now flexible, meaning there is no need to be on a regular schedule. However, we do appreciate if you can log in and schedule your membership days.
- Unlimited monthly memberships are available.

Packages
- Packages are the most common way our clients purchase daycare and boarding.
- The way packages work is you buy days in bulk and use them when you need them without restrictions on when they can be used.
- Packages expire 999 days from the date of purchase.
- Visit times must match or be less than the allotted hour range of the specific package purchased (i.e. you cannot use a half day package for a whole day of daycare or use a daycare package to pay for boarding.)
- When using a boarding package, it is advised that any additional time over a 24 hour period be paid for in quarters of the day based on daycare pricing (Rather than wasting a boarding day on a partial calendar day. Our staff will make sure you do not overpay.)
- Under no circumstances are packages refundable. (However you may transfer or sell them to a friend or family member if your dog drops out or ends up being banned from daycare for bad behavior.)

Includes bath and trim up (above), shave or breed specific cut per the owner\\\'s instructions.
Full Grooming is generally recommended every 6-8 weeks. Recurring grooming appointments are available at Dogtown.
*It may not be possible to brush out severely matted dogs. Likewise, injury and stress during grooming is likely to occur when a proper grooming regimen is not followed by the owner. Additional fees may apply in such cases and full shave down may be required.
