Introduction to Daycare Memberships
Memberships are full of great benefits. By having a membership, you have a standing reservation and will not be turned away, and your services will be locked in at the discounted rate you signed up at, even when prices increase! Any opportunity to give your dog regularity in his life will help your dog live a less-stressful and longer life.
Our agreement to you
We save a spot for you for daycare. We also provide preferential treatment to members for boarding reservations and emergencies! Days not used roll over for up to one week in the future, so if you miss a day, you can make it up the following week.
Your agreement to us
All memberships are flexible and paid in advance. You will need to keep a card on file at the store, or login to update cards that expire. You will NOT purchase packages for boarding. Rather, we will bill your card on file with your membership discount. Refunds will not be given for unused services, but days can be made up into the rollover period. If you cancel or suspend your membership, you will lose your locked-in rate and have to start over with the current rate. If you go over the maximum time for daycare, you will be charged for the difference in rates.
Automatic payments will be set up with a debit or credit card that charges for services either weekly or monthly. Every pet’s program is custom, depending on how long your work days are. Every other service you use will have the membership discount applied. (Boarding, Grooming, etc.) A membership package is specifically created to remove a level of stress and responsibility from your life.
Preferential treatment during busy boarding periods
During emergencies and during busy holidays, members will be accommodated in last minute circumstances.
Discounted grooming programs
Members receive discounts on boarding, grooming and retail. (See pricing menu). Membership discount applies to all members and may change over time.
Loss of membership
Memberships will be lost if your dog becomes a safety risk, if you do not pay, and if you change or cancel services excessively.
Memberships are always prepaid.
If you choose a billing day in the future, you will not have days to use until that day. A manager will pro-rate days used prior to the inception of your automatic billing schedule. Please make sure you login and add your credit card to your file if you haven’t already.
