The November 2021 Pet of the Month is Tulsa!!!
The West Chester Pet of the Month is Tulsa! Tulsa is such a fun girl. She adores everyone and all of her puppy friends. She enjoys playing so much that she never wants to nap because she’s afraid she will miss out on some of the fun.
