Meet this month’s employee of the month!

Every month, we call out one awesome Dogtown employee at each of our locations.  Get to know this month’s employee of the month, and don’t forget to say “Hi!” and “Congrats!” at the store! Each employee gets a prize for being so great.  Dogtown would not be the same without our amazing staff!

The October 2021 Employee of the Month is Ava!

Our October Employee of the Month is Ava! Ava has been with our company for quite a few years. She has two dogs named Kiki and Tara. Ava loves seeing the joy that Dogtown brings to dogs, such as her own. Outside of work, Ava is a freelance artist who paints animal portraits as well as other mediums. At work, Ava enjoys seeing all of the dogs and watching them grow and change. She is a team player and absolutely loves all of the dogs like her own. Recently, Ava has taken on training our newest employees and has been fabulous with any new tasks we throw her way. She states that Dogtown has helped her develop more confidence in herself and has provided her with skills that she will utilize the rest of her life.
