The October 2019 Pet of the Month is Carl!!!
Carl is such a playful and social puppy that doesn’t know a stranger. Everyone that comes in contact with him adores him. He enjoys running around with the other dogs and wrestling with other puppies. The handlers love getting to spend time with Carl and enjoy his playful personality and snuggles.
